Poem – Beauty

Beauty means

Not shining facts

It can be in

Many acts

It is not

Shining face

They also are beauty

Who show their kindness?

Beauty can be seen

Beauty can be heard

Like doing good things

And the sound of birds

It is in us

The word beauty

Sharing good things

Itself is beauty

first time Ganpati celebration in our home

First time Ganpati Celebration in our Home

First, we had Ganpati idol in our grandfather’s house. But this year 2019 our family decided to celebrate Ganesh Chaturthi in our home at Sangli and we had Ganpati idol in our home. Then we went to our grandfather’s village and took guidance from him how to perform Ganesh puja. Due to our love for nature, we decided to celebrate Ganesh Chaturthi eco-friendly.
 

Our family especially I and my sister were too much excited about Bappa. We went to the market and we were looking for beautiful Ganesh idol. After visiting a couple of stores we liked one beautiful Ganesh idol. we purposefully looked for a Ganpati idol made of soil instead of plaster of Paris (pop) because Ganpati idol made of soil easily dissolves in water so water pollution is avoided but Ganpati idol made of plaster of Paris on the other side do not dissolve in water and there is water pollution. Ganpati idol made of plaster of Paris are gave back by the rivers in the summer season .our Ganpati was very beautiful. It had a swastika on hand, it wore a dhoti of pink colour, it wore a shawl of orange colour and also its colour was pure skin. Then we went to buy a new table to keep Ganpati idol on it. Then we brought decorative things to decorate the table.


Then the day came when all the people brought Ganpati idol to their home
We brought Ganpati with full of excitement. Then we called a pandit to perform our puja. Then the puja finished the first day we did naivedya of ‘panchkhadya’, 

Second-day ‘chiroti’
Third-day ‘modak’

Fourth-day ‘kadbu’ and 

Fifth-day ‘laddood’.We performed arti twice a day .during the festival our relatives came in our home to take darshan of Ganpati we did our Ganpati visarjan at fifth day evening after doing Uttar puja in a well near our home. I was fully exited during the whole festival

Our Trip to Dandeli and Gokarna

Our Trip to Dandeli and Gokarna 🚗

We went Dandeli and Gokarna on 11th -14th May 2019
Here I am going to share my journey with you. Let's Go.

Day-1

➤We started our journey at 6 AM on the 11th of May 2019 from Sangli(Maharashtra).Sangli to Dandeli Distance: 253 Km (Approx. 5 hours)

➤We reach Dandeli at 11 Am when we checked in in hotel (Hotel Super Delux near River Kali)
➤Then we went to sightseeing.Then we saw the river dogs.We performed some river stunts like river rafting, swimming, jacuzzi, kayaking, zorbing and zip line.

➤Then we took our  Lunch in the tent.
➤In our hotel, we enjoyed some fun activities like Playing archery Shooting, carrom, cricket, etc.
At night  we enjoyed Bonfire and dinner as well

Day-2

➤We woke up and started day -2 and had our breakfast and went to Moulangi falls .there we enjoyed in Kali river where we got a natural foot massage by fishes where our legs became clean. Then we went there for a walk in a bird sanctuary and saw hornbill bird and giant Malabar squirrel, sloth bear, black panther, muntjac (deer). 

➤Our next point was Syntheri rocks where We saw different types of rocks.
➤Then we went to Satthodi falls and enjoyed it.
➤We saw the Supa dam water view and backwater as well.
➤We went to Dandelappa temple ( Lord Shiva ) and its side we went to a crocodile park where we saw a very big crocodile in the Kali river. It is said that there are more than 1000 crocodiles in the Kali river.

Day-3

➤We left from Dandeli and went to Gokarna. It is situated in a dense forest. 
➤It is famous for its atmaling .we touched it
➤Then there we went to om beach to play in the sea and also done sightseeing.it is a very peaceful beach

.
➤Then we returned to the home.
