- Meditate - friends it is compulsory that in day to day life we must do meditation. everyday 5 to 10 minutes we must do meditation.by this our body will be cool. we can concentrate on our work properly. so any work we will be doing will be done properly.
- my second tip is that when we will be angry in our mind from backward we must count 100 to 1. by this our mind will be calm we can concentrate on our work.
