What is Vedic Mathematics?

The name given to the ancient system of Indian mathematics is only called as Vedic mathematics. It was rediscovered from the Vedas between the period of 1911 and 1918 by Bharati Krishna Tirthji (1884-1960). In his research mathematics is based on 16 sutras or formulae. For e.g. ekadhikena purvena is one sutra
